Arrows are so vital in the Clash Royale experience. I would almost call them a necessity in almost every deck. This card completely wipes out lots of weak troops in a matter of seconds, which is by far the best use of this card.
With the Arrow spell, you will never get swarmed again. Think of it like this, if your opponent uses a card like the minion horde, that alone costs a total of 5 elixir! Your arrows cost 3 elixir and if you use the arrows on that horde you instantly net a 2 elixir advantage. This is a huge asset to have in Clash Royale. Then imagine this, if the other player constantly sends out these hordes, you can continue using this card to take them out and gain more elixir advantages.
This card has a huge area of effect. This is great because it allows you to do damage to loads of troops at once. With this you can take out all of the light troops and do a little bit against their tanks. Although it won't do much, it is still useful to use every bit of damage you got.
This area of effect also gives you one more advantage, it is near impossible to miss your target. I can not tell you how many fireballs have been just a little too slow and miss its target. This definitely brings out my inner rage every time. Instead, just use the arrows if your not perfect at timing your fireballs.
There is a bit of debate whether to use fireballs or arrows. Personally I would rather use arrows to help gain an elixir advantage. However, fireballs do help take out medium size troops like barbarians, I would rather focus on the light troops. In the end, it is best to either pick a Fireball or Arrow spell.
